We are a 55 Plus Golf Resort Community, located in Hemet, CA.

Seven Hills Property Owners Association is NOT a Common Interest Development.

Our association is governed by our Board of Directors and the Members of the Community.

All amenities, including the Member's Clubhouse, Golf Course, and RV Parking

are privately owned and maintained by separate entities, and are NOT included

in our very low yearly association dues.
