Welcome to Seven Hills, a 55 Plus, Golf Resort Community.
 
Seven Hills Property Owners Association is not a common interest development.
 
All amenities available for use by residents within the community are privately owned and maintained.
 
Fees are separate from amenities and do not come as part of the Association.

Board of Directors

Seven Hills Property Owners Association is governed by a Board and its Members.

If you have a concern or a suggestion please feel free to email the Board.  We will take every effort to address each submission.

Clubhouse Facilities

We acknowledge that not everyone who joins, does it for the social aspect of it.

Some people join just so they can use the pool at 10:00PM or play billiards at midnight.  And some people want to use the gym at 5:00AM.

If you want to join every social club and get on every committee, you can do that.

You can be so busy that you have something to do every day.  You can make the club whatever you want.
